Hello,
Because I had viruses on my computer, I was forced to reinstall windows. Little did I know about the many consequences. After I reinstalled windows I could not find my graphic device/card, sound card etc. So I managed to reinstall my sound device. However, I was not succesfull in locating my graphic card. Other people have told me that I should check ATI or nVidia and I do not know because I do not see display drivers after I went to computer > properties > Hardware > device manager.
I am in a very difficult situation and I need your assistance. Please what should I do? Ever since I reinstalled windows my son has been very upset since he could not play online games. He said that the games prompted him to update his graphics which I cannot do I the computer does not recognize my graphic card/driver. What I noticed was (VGA compatible) video controller. I don't know if this is a display or what not.
In the end, If you guys could help me out I would be deeply grateful. I look forward in reading your replies.
Thanks
Tony
