BleepingComputer.com: Memory dump

ok i have been having a problem with the internet connection on this computer.

so i have been looking at any thing network... but i just got a blue screen (physical memory dump) while i was trying to run a rootkit reveler (GMER)... and realized that this is the second time it has happened. (too me at least)
so is it possible for the RAM or Vertical memory to have this effect on the internet connection?

the dump screen flashes to fast for me to say exactly what it says... and then the computer reboots.
*i know it isn't the normal BSOD and that it says *some thing ~ im i think physical* memory dump at the bottom*

Download/install BlueScreenView, http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html.

Double-click BlueScreenView.exe file.

When scanning is done, Edit/Select All...then File/Save Selected Items. Save the report as BSOD.txt. If the reported date for errors is not in chronological order (most recent at top), then you may want to sort that column to make it so...before saving the file.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

I don't think you downloaded the correct file...from that page.

You have to scroll to the bottom of the webpage...forget putting things in order, just take a screenshot and paste it into your response.

Thanks, the notepad file reflects the data I expected to see...unfortunately, it really doesn't tell us anything.

The next step would be to examine Event Viewer log entries, looking for errors which may shed some light.

Look at the errors (not info items, not warnings) reflected on the various tabs of Event Viewer. Post the detail for the Source, ID, and Category columns.
