BleepingComputer.com: Data Execution Prevention

Occasionally I run into a Data Execution Prevention error that pops up. Shortly before this happens Windows freezes and I can't access the task bar until it suffers through the pain it is enduring.

Thinking this may be caused by a virus, I ran:
Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Dr.Web FixIT
ESET Online Scanner
Norton Anti-Virus Scanner


All of these scans came up fruitless, and the minor issues they discovered were solved yet this problem persists. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
