Hi!
I just built my first computer and everything is running perfectly.
My only problem is when i plugin my speakers, there's a high pitched beep.
It doesn't beep when boot, only when windows is running.
I've racked my brain trying to figure it out, but cannot place my finger on it.

Is it a long, constant beep, continuously repeating beep, an occasional beep, or what?
To Err is human; to really foul things up requires a Bleeping Computer!

I actually think it was the speakers.
I've plugged in headphones in my back jacks and the front jack and there's no beeping noise.
But the noise was constant for 3-4 seconds, then go away and come back at different intervals.
So i assume it was the junky speakers that i hooked up to it.
Thanks for helping

Also is there any devices such as a cell phone or microwave or cordless phone or wifi router near them? Those could have caused it.
