While this is Pro boards server problem, it seems to be the main rant on the comments and suggestion's thread along with the lack of bells and whistles. So I would like to step up to http://www.invisionboard.com/ the same boards used here unfortunately when I inquired with Invision board they sent me this reply: I'm afraid that as Pro Boards is a remotely hosted forum solution we're unable to access the database of the forum that you're currently running. Unfortunately this means that a conversion would not be possible." Regards, Alex Duggan Support Technician Invision Power Services, Inc. I was wondering if a manual conversion would be possible? Such as transferring members registration information so they would not have to re register and anytopics and posts to a new board. Is this possible? How could I go about doing it in an informed manner with out creating more of a mess than I have now. Any information regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated as I'm feeling a little overwhelmed on what to do. Thank you,Gizmo68 |
