Not sure why this is happening: there are times when I have other windows open, i.e. Firefox Browser, etc. while I am trying to use my keyboard to type in Outlook email or MS Word and the keys go numb. In other words I type a few letters and then have to keep adjusting my cursor to be able to type more letters. I hope I'm explaining this planly enough. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Thank you!

is your wireless keyboard too far away from the wireless receiver? sometimes just moving the keyboard just an inch too far from the receiver will cause the keyboard to loose signal.

try moving your keyboard closer to the receiver and see if the problem continues...

The keyboard is less than 18" from the computer.

Have you checked the keyboard for foreign matter?

Tried a different keyboard?

Sounds like you may have a low battery in the keyboard.
