Hi, I am looking for an appointments manager or data base that I can use for work. It is for a 3 & 6 week course with a maximum occupancy of 7 where the names are fed in with a little information on the person, (contact details, mentor, reason for attending) and that it will display the occupancy of the course and if someone needs to move up the list that it will automatically update the rest of the list and course occupancy to cope with this.

I hope I am being clear enough about this! Thanks for all replies.

Im thinking you might be able to create an Excel spreadsheet to do this as it seems to be very customized
In the beginning there was the command line.

I was thinking about that but I know nothing about excel, I thought maybe there would be some business app somewhere.
