i went here
http://www.sodipodi.com/index.php3?section=download
it is supposed to be a vector drawing program.
i clicked where it said "here" and took me to this
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=4054
i went to "Download Sodipodi_0_34_Win2000_XP_Setup.exe" (the first one that says (32-bit Windows) all the way on the right.
-------------------------
after i downloaded it, it told me i needed to go HERE to get something to open it.
http://www.dropline.net/archive/gtk.php
clicked the link at the bottom which took me here
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html
---------------------
i downloaded it and then installed the program. but now it says this:

i dont understand how something could be missing. i tried reinstaling it a few times. no dice.
so if anyone has any ideas, or has that particular file, i could use it.
thank u 4 ur time.
