hi from maurofox, well i m certainly not educated in computer s but slowsly and bymyself, follwing instructions from Help and so for, I succeded in deleting and removing all malwares, cleaned files, deleted unwanted programs etc., without spending money, by buying software or going to the computer techician next door who by just looking at (not in) the computer charges $45.00, do happy to spread the good news, thans Microsoft/Windows help.......see y next time
