Windows - Drive Not Ready

I have a problem here.

Whenever i click any button 'Cancel','Try Again', or 'Continue', it will still pop out the same thing.
Any solutions.. Please, it is very annoying.

Go to Device Manager and if floppy drive is listed there, disable it.

How? Can teach? Anyway how to go device manager?

Go Start>Run, type in:
devmgmt.msc
Click OK.
See, if floppy drive is listed.
