Just wanted to say "hi" and thanks for letting me join this great community. I hope someone will be able to help me out with my current break-in problem, and that I can help some others with their questions and problems as well.

Thanks jgweed and computerxpds!

I had posted here about my session hijack problem, and I see that the post has been moved, edited, and viewed lots of times, but no responses. Have I done something wrong?

no you have done nothing wrong it just takes some time for a post to be replied to, the malware response team is very busy and there is a long list ahead of you so be patient and DO NOT bump your topic.

Well, I waited, then finally got a generic reply requesting data I had already provided ... and then the topic was closed. I've asked to have it reopened, but it's been kind of frustrating so far.

That information was 2 days old.
They need the most current information possible.
A lot can change, in 2 days.

Thanks tg. I had included as much information as I could think of in my original post -- certainly more than is requested in the guide -- so I wasn't sure why the same info was needed again, especially since I'd collected all the information immediately following the attack. But I've now posted another DDS log (tried to run DMER but had trouble; will do so again in Safe Mode).
