We have been receiving reports about a new variant of SpySheriff; according to users, a rather nasty strain which deletes Ad-Aware, Spybot and possibly other Anti-Spyware / Antivirus software. As yet, we have failed to obtain samples of this malware to perform an analysis upon, but are working actively with the community to get hold of these, analyze them as soon as possible, and get them added to our detection database.
