Can you try upgrading the drivers for your motherboard chipset and sound card?
No minidump or event log after BSOD. Minidump folder is empty and event viewer shows no errors.

What do you mean by upgrading the drivers? I thought a motherboard has its own version of drivers. If not then how should I upgrade? Won't the system say that these drivers are incompatible. My pc is already running in safe mode. It does not stand still on normal mode. I don't intend to take any more risks. I got another BSOD, but once again there is no minidump file available:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

<<I don't intend to take any more risks.>>
What...does that mean?
Risks are an inherent part of living in this environment...for all life forms.
If you mean that you are not going to try to determine cause of your problems or accept suggestions to correct such...let us know and we will move on to someone else's problems.
As I see it...you have STOP errors, which are critical...yet you don't seem to have the accompanying detail for such. Your system consistently is trying to tell you that something is wrong, yet there are no indicators just what that might be. Without such detail, forum members or onlookers can only guess at what the problems might be, IMO.

Do you know all the components of your computer?
If not then you can download: SIW - System Information for Windows
It will tell you quite a bit about your computer such as what motherboard you have, so you can go to the site that makes your motherboard and download the drivers for it along with your other hardware.

My system was not steady at all. So I decided to reinstall winXP. Now it runs fine and thank you everybody for your kind support.
