I was being helped but my topic was closed, but now I find even a bigger issue I need addressed, and want to continue with the same person who's familiar with what we've been doing. However they are not responding when I click on their name and send them a message. When they closed the topid he said "If you're the topic starter, and need this topic reopened, please contact me via pm with the address of the thread" but I don't know how to do this. What is pm, postmaster? how do i do this?

EDIT: Moved from Malware Removal Logs to XP ~ Hamluis.

The person who helped you in Malware Removal Logs was mOle.

To send him a PM (personal message)...just click on his icon/name by any post of his and elect the Send Message option under the picture. You can use "topic 308426-15" as the subject or topic line.

Louis

You can also go back and review any posts made by you or any topics initiated by you...by clicking on your own icon/name in any thread.
