Help
Looking for a monitor that is at least 20" with 1080p that can pivot (rotate) horizontal (landscape) - vertical (portrait) I am looking to stay close to 200.00 USD. Any suggestions? The only one I can find so far is this one:

I vowed that I would never buy another Dell product again, after several bad experiences with them, but I am very tempted. This monitor's reviews have also been kind of sketchy.

Or a good inexpensive VESA desktop mount that will do the same.

It looks like the Dell Professional P2210H is your only option, at that price range.
(Keep in mind, the poor vertical-viewing angles)
The decent Ultrasharp models are over $300.
There are a few other options from Acer and Viewsonic, which start from $260. But, you shouldn't be expecting a lot from these budget monitors.
