I just bought a HP slimline PC. The dude at best buy said it has a wierless hook up in it. My DSL modem is wierless but I can't find the correct way to connect it.
It has windows 7 on it. Is there anyway I can find out if it really does have a wierless hook up? The book says some do & some don't.
BTW, thanks for all your help.

they usually have an antenna sticking out the back
if not look for a jack that looks like a tiny coaxial connection like you use to hook up cable tv but small.
also can you right click on my computer and go to manage
then on the left go to device manager
then on the list click the plus sign (+) next to Network Adapters
and report back what drops down under it.

Thank you, My PC don't have a wierless connection. So I bought a USB device.
QUESTION:
When I look for a connection 7 or 8 networks show up, how do I know which one is mine, from my modem?
