As the title says...What is it? I've had it locked away in the AVG Vault for a while. I just want to know what it can do.

Stupid AVG has no such Trojan in its virus encyclopedia (http://www.avg.com/ie-en/virbase)
Your best bet is to upload it to http://www.VirusTotal.com and find if other antivirus products also detect this file. If yes, check what they call this trojan/virus.
