1. Press Win + R keys to open Run box (or Click Start > Run).
2. Type … (yeah, just 3 dots) and press Enter key.

... opens My Computer
.. opens the Documents and Settings folder
. opens the current user's profile folder
Other dot combos will spawn an explorer.exe process that immediately dies.

It seems like ALL WINDOWS from 95 up are basically the same as far as commands go..
