Is there any way to erase or reuse a CD-R Any way to format a CD-R

Just asking if there is anyway to format/erase a CD-R 70 mb. I was told no and just throw it in the garbage. Is that true.

I meant 700 MB not 70

No, you cannot erase anything on a CD-R. Whatever you put on one it's on there permanently.

For erasing, you can use CD-RW disks.
