Hello. I'm new to bleeping computer. I work tech support for ATT and I am 2 semesters into a CIT degree. My knowledge of tech support pretty much entails going through the motions, but as I continue in my degree, I want to learn more about how computers actually work, specifically regarding security and networking. I am joining this community to expand my understanding of computers and I am sure I can learn a lot from you IT veterans out there.
