Does it not suck in more fresh air from the vents with it on?
Do you see where your power supply fan is and how close it is to the shroud?
That shroud is acting more like an oven then anything. Your power supply should be sucking out the heat from your CPU. As well as the cpu fan should be cooling it off.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

I will take it out then. I see what you mean about it disrupting air flow with it being so close to the power supply fan.

And add an extra fan in the vent hole in the back blowing outwards and one in the vent hole in the front blowing inwards as I suggested earlier, you'll decrease the temps in the case big time.
Please take notice. Oreo and I will not be available until June of 2012.
Thank you for understanding my absence, it is job and college related, so all is good. If I do not answer your PMs this is the reason why. See you all soon!
Bruce.

After removing the plastic tunnel i ran google earth and zoomed in/out quite a bit and the temps hit 50 degreesC. It seems to be running around 40/45 now with the tunnel removed. Ive taken the case off completely now to see if that helps with keeping it cooler. Im going to get some thermal paste too this weekend and give the chip a good coating and see if that helps with the cooling.

For best coverage and use please use a pea sized amount, and spread it evenly over the CPU to get a nice even covering.
Try it with the case fully assembled, and try running the following: http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=36 and see how hot it gets. Run to the highest number of digits.
