Tr/patched.trojan infection. Help please! My laptop is infected and I have been unable to remove

Hi! I hope someone can help me. My laptop appears to be infected by the tr/patched.gen Trojan and also quite possibly has Backdoor.tdss.565. I have tried a variety of methods to remove them including running my Avira, Spybot Seek and Destroy, Super Antispyware. In safe mode I ran Dr. Web. It will seem to be fine and then as soon as I open a new browser page I am redirected to a different site and Avira starts popping up warnings. I read that Combofix can maybe help me but I understand it is not to be used without the help of a tech person. I really hope someone can help please.
