Hey guys.. i'm a newbie here from Louisiana. I'm a PC Technician and I deal with hardware, software, viruses, networking.. you name it we do it. we're not computer geniuses, but we're always determined to figure it out. hope this helps me with troubleshooting some of those crazy problems =)
