Hi, I'm new here.
I just want to say that it's a scary feeling when you realize your computer is compromised and I feel relieved that this amazing and helpful forum exists to help everyday people.
I hope everyone's as well as my own problems here are fixed. =)

My sentiments exactly! I'm amazed at how many posts for help there are here every day. Good Luck getting cured.
