BleepingComputer.com: problem with virtual dj

i have virtual dj installed.before a couple of days i removed a trojan horse from my system.since then,every time i open virtual dj i get this message:the database on drive c: is corrupted.go to config/browser and click fix to fix the c: database.

after that the program opens and operates as it should,however this corruption affects other programms as well.what should i do???
