BleepingComputer.com: Weird problems with my mouse

I am actually not 100 percent sure this is specifically a hardware problem, but here goes.

This just started happening today, but for some reason my mouse is double-clicking when I only press once. Sometimes even registers three clicks for no reason. Now the thing is, today I unplugged everything in my computer and moved it around, and it only started doing this once I plugged everything back in.. And not only that, but it's not just a single mouse. It's happening with every mouse I plug in, no matter what USB port or anything. Can anyone please help me figure out the issue here?

First of all you can restore your mouse setting properties in control panel and then you can check your muse hardware function and if than your problem not solve then problem in your mouse hardware.
