I am on Vista and I use Firefox as a browser. My computer shows signs of adware or something that causes various problems. I.E. Hitting reply on email (yahoo) and no cursor showing up to reply. Random extremely slow page loading etc. The "spe.atdmt.com" is the only suspicious name that I see on the bottom of the page when I have problems. It does not show up in my cookie menu and I can't find a way to get rid of it. Both of my spyware scans (super anti spyware and malwarebyte) are coming up clean. Can anyone help me get rid of this cookie? I don't know if that is the problem, but it couldn't hurt to get rid of it. Thanks in advance!

Is your computer updated?

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

I believe so. I know the spyware programs are. My understanding is that our computer does automatic updates in regards to vista.

I thought that I had done that, but the process you posted looks a bit different. I will try that. Thank you!
