Str8 up, Tell me if I need a upgrade and if so, on what and what you recommend.

HDD: 500 GB x 2
PSU: 500Watts

what you doing with it?
what os you want to run?
assuming you have 4 sticks of ram at 512/stick I guess I would recommend swapping 1 set with a 2 gig kit or 2 1 gig sticks.
that would max out a 32 bit system.
if you want to go 64 bit they you have lots of room for memory upgrade but other than that those are decent specs.

That looks fine if you are going to be running older games. If you want to run the newer stuff, your motherboard may be able to take more RAM. However, if you want to use 4GB or more of RAM you will need a 64-bit operating system. Your graphics card is also a little weak for gaming with only 320MB of memory. Overall, that is decent for normal tasks and will perform well enough with most games.
