Newly registered and making my first introductions here. I work as a Helpdesk Coordinator for a medium size business in the data storage industry in Seattle, WA. I have found myself coming back to this site for troubleshooting, as well as malware removal information. I felt it was time to increase my level of involvement with the community here.
