Has any one removed netintelligence without obtaining the lock code or login details, without rebuilding the comp?

Friend got a comp with it installed, but has not disk to re-install windows etc.

OK, I know its a security product so it should not be easy. I've looked for windows password files, examined the machine with a password changer, so the password does not appear to be in a SAM file.
