Hi, I was just told by a co-worker that the hard drives in the server have been replaced without notification beforehand to pull some important saved data off first. The drives were not marked in what order they were in (IE: 1,2,3,4).

Is there a way to rebuild the array with the drives out of order so the data can be retrieved (IE: 2,3,4,1)?

you could try to see if you can guess what order they were in before, just guess and check but im not sure if this will damage any info on them or not so i would just wait and see if you can get a second opinion.
