Spreading infection only symptom attack on sfc_os.dll

Does anyone have a clue as to what is attacking sfc_os.dll? All the AV vendors are catching that the dll has been compromised but are not preventing it. We have been fighting it for days and it keeps spreading.

Do you have any links to back up what you say?

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
