Hello All
I am new to this particular forum. I have a long career in high-tech, but not on the "technician" side of the house so much.
I am a fledgling/learner of intermediate skill in Technician type work. I am working on a couple of Microsoft certifications, and have pretty broad exposure to a host of problems with so-called "Wintel" machines.
I'm pretty ignorant of Apple technicals [we do have a few of their products scattered about].

I am hoping that the good folks on this forum are more aggressive about solving tricky troubles, vs. those I have found on other well-known forums of which I am a longtime member [different user name].

Hope I can make a contribution to those seeking answers, but my first technical post will be self-serving, sad to say.

see you around the folders

Hello Cognus and  to Bleeping Computer.

Please take a few moments to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the forum works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There is a lot of very useful information there.
