I just registered and wanted to follow the recommendation of posting in the Introduction forum.
I am an IT professional spending most of my time as an Application Troubleshooter/Programmer/Analyst. Naturally I end up fixing many computers on the side. Occasionally I have ended up on Bleeping Computer following instructions for very specific malware removal instructions - to date with 100% success. I can't thank the staff enough for providing such a high level of support to so many users in such a down to earth manner. You all truly rock!
