When I had Firefox I downloaded this nifty little add on that blocked all thigns flash. Even videos. And If I wanted to watch the video all I had to do what click it. I turned on IE8 built in flash video but whenever I want to watch a video I have to allow the site for show flash. IS there any way around this?

No there isn't, you will have to add the site to the safe list.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

If you want to block flash ads, just download the IE plugin, Ad Block Plus, its basically the same as the Firefox version.

You can use IE7Pro ( http://www.ie7pro.com/ ) which works on IE8 too. It has many features.
