When on the web we are gettng boxes around things internet explore has boxed around words?

:thumbsup: I just got a new computer with window XP pro and it has internet explore 8 on it and when we are on a web site we see a lot of text in boxes support is telling me that it is a settng but have been unable to get me past it help
