Win 7 Can't login because of Time or Date

When I login to my Domain with Network Admin rights all is OK and I can login , But when I try and login as a user I keep getting a error saying there is a time or date difference between Client and Server even though everything is correct. I have both user names in the users and all have admin rights. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the time and date actually correct verify that it is.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
