how do I get/use rkill?

how do I get/use rkill? assit please

My pc tech suggested I get rkill from this website so as to kill a malware program that may still be hidden to some degree,yet I have not been able to find it to make use of it. May you kindly direct me to where it may be and how to use it ? Thank you for your assistance.

As for rkill, download this file and save it to your desktop:

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/rkill.scr

Copy it over to the problem computer on a CD or pen drive if you need to.

Double-click the file to run it. A command window will open briefly.

rkill does NOT remove malware. But it can stop malware running in the background on your computer which makes it easier to remove with other scanner/methods.
