Ok, Im about to smash this thing
Im trying to install a d-link air plus xtremeg dwl-g520 wireless card H?W ver b3 , F/W ver 4.20 with absolutely no success
the card shows up in device manager as working properly but when i go to open the d-link utility it will not open. this is an old card but was working in another computer recently i thought about getting the driver from the old computer but it has been formatted,i know i should have got the driver first but lets just say maybe im not that smart!
I went to d-links support page for the driver but it says they dont offer support for this card anymore, i downloaded the driver they have but am thinking maybe it is not up to date? could that be the case? and if so could somebody maybe help me find it
i would appreciate any help offered
Im running win xp pro version 2002 service pack 3 on a Acer e380 desktop
thanks for any help it would be really appreciated
cheers

So are you saying that the d-link utility application is not opening, or the utility is not detecting the card?
