I started recently seeing that SVCHOST takes a lot of CPU% usage. I used program called "Process Explorer" to identify the source of problem and found out that thread "kernel32.dll!CreateThread+0x22" was causing the problems.

But as you can see on picture, there are another same threads, which is interesting...

Now even if i kill this thread, it will still be happening as computer starts. Is there a way to kill permanently this thread or to know more how it can be stopped?

I would not suggest you kill it or permanently stop it - you want to figure out what the problem is and fix it!

It is good that you have PE and can post screenshots though!

Perform some scans for malicious software, then fix any remaining issues:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.

To eliminate questions and guessing, please provide additional information about your system.

Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select All, Copy and then paste the information back here.

There will be some personal information (like System Name and User Name), and whatever appears to be private information to you, just delete it from the pasted information.
