I just got a BRAND new Windows 7 computer. The minute I turned it on, it keps going to the black start up screen then resetting itself. It would not stop until I held down enter... It keeps doing that whenever I restart / shut down. Is there anyway I can fix this?

I agree... take it back if it has these issues right out of the box..

Did you get as far as installing the OS or does it not even do that? If so and now has these issues, the install may have become corrupt somehow..

If you do not want to go through the hassle of returning it, I would try to re-install the OS and start over again.. otherwise, your best bet is to get another system and avoid the possibility of having purchased a lemon that you will have constant problems with.
