why won't my laptop work?

That is a new one never had that problem although i have spent over an hour on the phone with family telling them how to install ink into their printer. Because they live far away and had bought ink that fit in their printer just they didnt know how to put it in right.

Ours did that here @ work... the service people came and cleaned it out and it stopped...dirt on the rollers or something like that... however I'm talking about a huge all-in-one Ricoh printer
