When I mouse over the window, it automatically pops that window open. How do I stop this from happening??? Not the task bar previewr. But if there are multiple windows open on the desktop and i happen to mouse over one of them it pops the one open and makes it the "active" window without me even clicking on it. Thats what I want to stop from happening.

This might help. Go to Start and type in mouse. You will see, (change how your mouse works) go there and at the bottom you will see (activate hover over or some thing like that) if it's checked remove the check mark.
