I am running Vista on my Dell laptop. Its been running fine until today when I booted up and tried to install a program. I cannot install off a website, download files, programs, etc.. or upgrade from SUN for java.

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

Liz

Unfortunately, it looks like your laptop has to visit very same forum - "Am I Infected?".
