Gooday all. I have started a new thread on this topic as I was unable to edit the topic of the last one. I have seen quite a few fixes for this but none have worked for me so far. Has anyone come up with a fix for this.
Specs are.Win 7 pro 34 bit, Athlon 64 3200+ 2.00ghz, 2g RAM nvidia GE Force GTS 250. I have a DSL G604Tmodem and that is cable connected to the machine. Any help appreciated.

Were you getting any blue screens or restarts along with those error reports?
Have you tried safe mode?
Safe mode uses a limited amount of drivers
Test your memory:

Try one module at a time

Gooday and thanks. I think I found the problem. Individual tests on ram sticks reveals one is Kaput. Thank you again garmanma. I will replace it tomorrow and let you know what gives. James.

Gooday again. I replaced the RAM module tonight, so I will see how it goes through the next week. I have not had the error since I removed the bad module on 06/03/10.

Gooday all. I have not had another instance of this problem since replacing the RAM module so I would say it's sorted. Thanks for your classic input as always. I think we can mark this as resolved. PS how do I mark this as resolved?

Good to hear.

You can't mark a topic as resolved on BC as you can in some other forums. Simply posting that the problem is resolved is enough.
