STUCK ON STARTUP

Hi, my name is Dale and I sort of have the same problem but also kinda different...When I turn on my desktop it goes to the startup page and I get the message about sorry for the inconveince but there seems to be a problem...I have tried to do the Safe mode, Last configuration, F8, and several other options and to no avail...it all started after i loaded Windows messenger LIVE on it...after that this is all i get...plz help me get my PC going again...I havent had it very long and I need it desperately for my grand-daughters for school...again ty so much...Dale
