HI, my name is Chad I’m new here and I am having an issue installing a driver for this printer and getting it to work. I am aware of the driver wizard for the printer has a problem with 64 bit operating systems but I am using 32 bit XP. I have called Printronix and e-mailed and they have been no help. I’m not really sure what else to add to help you guys out to better explain but if you can please somebody help me.

Thanks a lot
Chad

The drivers you seek are here.

These drivers cover Win2K,2003,XP,Vista 32Bit and Vista 64Bit.

You could try using UniExtract to open that file into its respective folders then install using the add printer wizard.

Hope this helps,
