A couple of days ago, my computer was attacked, even though I use AVG, AdAware, Spybot and SpywareBlaster. I Googled "Antivirus Soft Infection, and you are #1. I tried the instructions from your "Remove Antivirus Soft" page - several times - and am still infected!

I just got to the bottom of that page, where it says to go to "Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help". So, here I am, desperate and sad for my computer. Fortunately, I have this little laptop to get online and plead for your help.
