I have also killed the iexplore.exe processes that were running in Task Manager.
Any ideas?

check task manager for iexplore.exe that's where i'd start, if it's running kill it.

Maybe this should be moved to the right forum?

Sorry, I am fairly new.
In answer to your suggestion, I did kill those processes before posting.

A question about the forum.
I am new here, so I apologize. Are you saying there's aCS3 forum at bleepingcomputer.com?

No, I'm saying that all major software manufacturers have their own software support forums. You should check there.
