laggy graphics

ill try to keep this breif because my keyboard isnt working. my real problem is my graphics card, it is acting buggy, in that it is loading movement very slowly and i am unable to play games. i have a nvidia geforce 5200 card and "fixed" the nv_disp error by updating my driver but performance is still down.

if you need specific specs about my computer please include how to access them
